Dayna Wheatley

Dayna Wheatley (formerly known as Dayna Chang) graduated from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law. In addition to her law degree, Dayna has a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College and a Bachelor's degree from Wayne State University.

Dayna's prior work experience includes teaching abroad, corporate training, and other non-profit ventures. She founded the firm in 2004 and became a certified mediator the same year. In addition to her legal practice, Dayna teaches Contracts, Torts and other legal subjects part-time to paralegal students at DePaul University, and volunteers her services to World Relief and Family Focus to assist with citizenship drives.

Wendy Taube (Of Counsel)

Wendy Taube assists Dayna Wheatley, LLC with real estate matters and is located within the same office as Dayna Wheatley. Wendy Taube has an extensive real estate and construction background. Her 20 years of experience includes work as a realtor, real estate developer, corporate property manager, and city council service on zoning boards and planning commisions. Janette Rivera (Office Manager)

Janette Rivera is Dayna Wheatley LLC's Office Manager and liason with the Spanish-speaking community. Prior to joining the firm, Janette worked as a loan processor for a mortgage company and managed foreclosed properties.
