Dayna Wheatley (formerly known as Dayna Chang) graduated from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law. In addition to her law degree, Dayna has a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College and a Bachelor's degree from Wayne State University.

Dayna's prior work experience includes teaching abroad, corporate training, and other non-profit ventures. She founded the firm in 2004 and became a certified mediator the same year. In addition to her legal practice, Dayna teaches Contracts, Torts and other legal subjects part-time to paralegal students at DePaul University, and volunteers her services to World Relief and Family Focus to assist with citizenship drives.

Her 20 years of experience includes work as a realtor, real estate developer, corporate property manager, and city council service on zoning boards and planning commisions. Janette Rivera is Dayna Wheatley LLC's Office Manager and liason with the Spanish-speaking community. Prior to joining the firm, Janette worked as a loan processor for a mortgage company and managed foreclosed properties.
